Our Menu

The Cappuccino Bar comes with everything needed to serve regular or decaf, hot or over-ice espresso, cappuccino, latte, coffee, steamers, hot chocolate and chai tea and plain or flavored coffees. Standard set up is on our 4 foot rolling cart with black, red or green table cloth, or a table cloth you provide, is included free. We can provide 6 foot table with white cloth and black or burgundy skirting and bistro décor for an additional $100 each. Visit our website at www.CapExTX.net for photos. Guests are not limited to one beverage.

We provide 10 oz. Styrofoam cups with optional lids for hot beverages, and 12 oz. clear plastic cups for beverages over ice. Also included are cappuccino syrup flavors, drink suggestion menu, sweet-nlow, splenda, sugar, napkins, stirrer sticks, ice for the iced cappuccinos, whipped cream and chocolate or cinnamon sprinkle powder for the tops.

Menu: Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino or Latte, Caramel Mocha, Cinnamon Cream, Cinnamon Mocha, Cinnamon Nut, White Chocolate Mocha, Caramel Macchiato, Sugar Free Hazelnut, Sugar Free Vanilla, Hot Chocolate and Chai Tea Latte. Steamers also available (Any of the above flavors without espresso)and a small assortment of teas we can serve hot or iced. We also often carry a Seasonal flavor free.

Additional set up time or set up with time lapse before serving are available for an additional fee. 8.25% Sales tax will be added to all charges unless for a non-profit organization with an exemption certificate, or with a resale certificate through another caterer. 50% non–refundable deposit required to reserve each event date, with final payment due one week prior to event date.

We Bring the Cafe to You! Coffee Catering Dallas by Cappuccino Express offers a full menu of coffeehouse favorites right in your home, office, or anyplace else you can think of.

As we like to say, we bring the cafe to you!

Our Mobile Coffee Catering Dallas Services include a Barista (the person who prepares the coffee beverages). For large events, additional staff would be provided as needed.  Enough coffee, cups, stirrers, etc, milk, cream, sugar, syrups, and everything else needed to prepare various coffee beverages are provided for your entire group.

With this service we provide table for placement of the coffee, condiments, machines,  grinder and all the supplies mentioned above. A typical menu would include: lattes, mochas, cappuccinos, espresso,  hot chocolate, chai tea lattes, plus seasonally themed specialty drinks.

When it comes to mobile coffee catering Dallas services we think “outside the box” and can customize our services to fit your needs. Our bars can be as small as a 4 foot rolling mini bar and as extravagant as an 18 foot hot and iced Coffee / Frozen beverage / Martini Bar with decorated oasis including linens, skirting and bistro-type decor. If you can dream it up, it can be done!

Your guests can choose the flavors and type of beverage they want from our menu or they can make up their own combinations by choosing from our variety of flavors.

Cancellations received within 24 hours of the event will be charged full price. We purchase supplies for each weekday/daytime event the day before and the supplies are not returnable.

The Frozen Bar comes with up to any 3 of our frozen flavors of Smoothie, Frappe and/or Shake. We provide whipped cream and toppings, served in 12 oz clear plastic cups with straws and napkins. Glass beverage ware is available for an additional fee. Our Frozen Cart Bar comes standard on our roll in cart bar with black cloth. Flavors available:
Smoothies: Mango, Peach, Pina Colada, Strawberry, Strawberry-Banana, and Wild Berry.
Frappes: Java Chip, Coffee Toffee, Cookies n’ Cream, Mocha, Tahitian Vanilla.
Shakes: Chocolate, Vanilla, White Chocolate, Skinny Vanilla & Skinny Chocolate (low sugar)
Party Beverages with or without alcohol (customer provides alcohol) Margarita, Daiquiri, Pina Colada, etc.

The Belgian Waffle Bar
comes with everything needed to serve your guests huge, piping hot, thick and tasty Belgian Waffles with their choice of toppings.

We roll in our 4 foot cart bar and set up on our 4 foot folding table or a table already on site,
depending on space available. We can provide 6 foot table with white cloth and black or
burgundy skirt and bistro decor for an additional charge each.

We provide the server, two Flip Belgian Waffle makers (each waffle maker takes 2 minutes to cook each waffle). We also include: plates, plastic forks and knives, butter, regular and light maple syrup, honey, strawberry, blueberry and apple toppings, powdered sugar and whipped cream. Our server sets up, prepares the waffle batter and pours it into self-serve cups for your guests to pour into the waffle iron. The guest or our server will pour the batter into the waffle maker, flip it and when the waffle is done the maker will signal with a beep. Once the waffle is done, it is put on a plate and ready for your guests to top it just the way they like it!

Standard toppings offered: strawberry, blueberry and apple pie type toppings, regular and light maple syrup, honey, powdered sugar and whipped cream. Other toppings available for an additional price.

Standard set-up for a waffle bar is 15-20 minutes prior to event unless coffee bar, skirted tables and/or extensive décor are ordered. Additional set up time or set up with time lapse before serving are available for an additional fee.

The Chocolate Fountain Bar comes with a Sephra Commercial fountain designed for an average of 25-30 guests per fountain. You can choose from Dark Chocolate or Milk Chocolate. Attendant prepares a festive arrangement of Strawberries, Pineapple, Apple slices, Marshmallows and Pretzel sticks.

The attendant stays during the event to keep the table tidy and to keep the fountain filled and flowing. Also included are skewers for the dipping items, plates and napkins. Additional dipping items are available for an additional fee depending upon the item you desire. YUMMY!

We can provide 6 foot table with white cloth, and black or burgundy skirting, and bistro décor for an additional fee or we can set up on your table for no additional cost.

Standard set-up for a Chocolate Fountain Bar is 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to event. Microwave or stove onsite helps to speed up the process.

8.25% Sales tax will be added to all charges unless for resale thru another caterer. 50% deposit required to reserve each event date, with final payment due one week prior to event date.

The Ice Cream Sundae Bar comes with everything needed to serve your guests tasty Vanilla and/or Chocolate Ice Cream Sundaes.

We roll in our 4 foot cart bar and set up on our 4 foot folding table or a table already on site, depending on space available. We can provide 6 foot table with white cloth, and black or burgundy skirt, and bistro decor for an additional $100 each.

We provide the Ice cream, sundae bowls, all the toppings, spoons, and napkins. Our server sets up, scoops the ice cream per each guests request, then cleans up afterwards. Bowl size upgrades and/or glassware is available for an additional fee.

Standard Toppings offered: Ghirardelli Chocolate and Caramel Sauces, Strawberry and Pineapple toppings, M&M’s, Cookie Crumbles, Toffee Chips, Gummy Bears, Pecans (optional, can be substituted with colorful jimmies), Whipped Cream and Cherries. Other toppings available for an additional price.

Our Tender offers Vanilla and/or Chocolate Ice Cream scoops and your guests top their own sundaes, just they way they like them!

The Omelet Bar comes with everything needed to serve your guests piping hot, made to order, omelets.

We roll in our 4 foot cart bar and set up on our 4 foot folding table or a table already on site, depending on space available. We can provide 6 foot table with white cloth and black or burgundy skirt and bistro decor for an additional cost each.

We provide the server, two Flip Omelet makers (each omelet maker takes 3-5 minutes to cook, depending on the toppings chosen), plates, plastic forks and knives, and napkins. Our server sets up, prepares the egg batter and takes orders from your guests on how they want their omelet to be prepared.

Standard Toppings offered: Onion, green pepper, baby spinach, mushroom, ham, bacon pieces, black olive, cheese, salsa, jalapenos, salt & pepper. Other toppings available for an additional price.

Standard set-up for an Omelet bar is 30 minutes prior to event
unless coffee bar, skirted tables and/or extensive décor are ordered. The Snow Cone Bar comes with 5 flavors. I will email you with current flavor options as you book events. We serve in 10 oz White Styrofoam cups with White Spoons or 12 oz clear cups with clear spoons. Guests are not limited to one.

We provide the Ice, Flavors, Snow Cone Machine, Attendant/Server, cups, napkins, spoons and menu. We roll in with our 4 foot cart and 4 foot clothed table. We have Red, Green or Black Table Cloths or cloth you provide. Attendant will prep and pour the flavors for each guest to order.

Additional flavors: Each additional flavor over 5 is an additional fee.
